Spirit Horse Stables offers hunt seat lessons for children age 5 and older, and adults of all ages. Classes are taught by Judy Schwartz and emphasize horse and rider safety, proper form technique, and horesmanship.
Our facilities are designed to enhance the lesson experience. The large 100 x 175 outdoor arena with all weather surface provides a safe and durable riding venue.
Classes are available for every level of rider - whether a beginner or competitive rider, Spirit Horse Stables has the riding program to improve your skills.
With over twenty horses available for lessons, Spirit Horse Stables strives to match each rider with a horse or pony that compliments his/her individual style and goals. Individual and group lessons are available depending upon rider needs.
Boots with heels are recommended. Riding helmets are provided for riders under age 18. Lesson prices begin at $35.00 per hour for group lessons. Private and Semi-Private lessons also available, please call for details. Students will tack up, groom, and saddle their horses, then ride for 45 minutes.
